I moved to an area serviced by SuddenLink and attempted to contact for
service. Not only did I get prices quoted that are not even close to any advertised price, but after I declined service I am deluged with "offers"
that are completely misleading.
Upon contacting my local office (that has NO LOCAL NUMBER) I was informed that they only handle connects, disconnects, and payments.
I explained that I had received 3 different quotes for services, and decided to not use them as a provider. The counter person was very indifferent to my request and basically ignored any conversation afterward.
I am asking for assistance I REMOVING my name/address from ALL correspondence from your company.
The barrage of misinformation coupled with the inconsistent pricing is frustrating and angering.
